Universal Orlando Resort is bringing the party to life with its 30th annual Mardi Gras celebration, Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval, running from February 1 through March 30, 2025. This vibrant event will feature live concerts by top musical artists, all-new global cuisine, dazzling parades, and unique experiences for guests—all included with regular park admission.

Star-Studded Concert Lineup

This year’s Mardi Gras concert series will dazzle music fans with performances by globally renowned artists, including GRAMMY-winning hip-hop icon T-Pain, R&B legends Kool & The Gang, and GRAMMY-winners TLC. The concerts will take place on select nights following the Mardi Gras parade at the Music Plaza Stage.

A Feast for the Senses

Guests can savor a culinary journey inspired by Carnaval celebrations worldwide, featuring dishes like Hot Maple Lacquered Salmon from Canada, Spicy Szechuan Chicken Bites from China, and a Colombian Burger. Food kiosks scattered throughout Universal Studios Florida will offer sweet, savory, and spicy delights, ensuring there’s something for every palate.

Universal Orlando, Mardi Gras, Dazzling Parades

The Mardi Gras parade will feature six all-new floats celebrating New Orleans’ famous Krewes. These vibrant creations, themed around food, beads, and the bayou, will join Universal’s iconic collection of signature floats. Energetic performers will bring the parade to life. Guests can elevate their experience by reserving a spot on a float through the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience, which includes a three-course meal at select Universal restaurants.

Hotel Perks and Exclusive Offers

Universal Orlando’s nine hotels are joining the celebration, offering exclusive Mardi Gras-themed food and drinks, including Bourbon Street Beignets and Bayou Shrimp and Grits. Guests staying at these hotels can enjoy benefits such as Early Park Admission and complimentary park transportation.
