Vanessa James Media Productions has officially cleared the runway for Food, Wine & Fete (FWF), Miami’s most anticipated all-inclusive beachside Soca experience. On Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 5–11 PM, the historic sands of Virginia Key Beach Park will mutate into a vibrant, living map of the West Indies. Now in its fourth year, FWF 2026 isn’t just a party; it is a full-sensory immersion into the diaspora’s most visionary culinary talents, premium spirits and the infectious, high-octane rhythms of Soca.

Is FWF 2026 the Ultimate Caribbean Passport?

This year, Food, Wine & Fete elevates the standard by partnering with an elite roster of tourism boards, offering patrons a curated journey across the archipelago without ever leaving Miami. From the “Spice Isle” to the “Birthplace of Rum,” the festival grounds will feature deep, immersive activations that celebrate island pride and heritage.

“When you come to FWF, you’re coming home to everything we love about Caribbean culture—from cuisine to Soca,” say co-founders Vanessa James and Marcos Rodriguez. “This year, for the first time, Caribbean destinations bring that spirit to life in one place.”

Also in the cut, Kerwin Du Bois is set to pull up to the scene. The definitive powerhouse in the Soca realm hails from Trinidad and Tobago. Du Bois has been instrumental in the global evolution of Caribbean music, moving beyond seasonal Carnival hits to create timeless anthems.

Which Destinations Are Headlining the 2026 Activation?

The Main Pavilion will serve as the first stop, where Pure Grenada (the Grenada Tourism Authority) will host an authentic “Grenada Jam.” Expect a traditional Rum Shack powered by Clarke’s Court Rum, a culinary showcase by Chef John Wilson, and an official countdown to SpiceMas Carnival. The energy remains high as Grenadian Soca sensation V’ghn headlines the Main Stage, later trading his microphone for a skillet in an exclusive artist cook-off with Culinary Ambassador Chef Irie.

Other heavy hitters on the itinerary include:

  • Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI): Defending the island’s legacy as the birthplace of rum with a high-energy mixology showcase leading up to the Barbados Food & Rum Festival.

  • Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority: Bringing twin-island magic to life with English Harbour Rum cocktails and a preview of “The Caribbean’s Greatest Summer Festival.”

  • Saint-Martin/Sint Maarten: Showcasing the “Friendly Island” through live demos from Chef Talia and Chef Loïc Sany, offering a literal taste of the upcoming Festival de la Gastronomie.

  • Nevis Tourism Authority: Celebrating the “Mango Capital of the Caribbean” with a chance to win a luxury stay at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis just in time for the Nevis Mango Festival.

A Masterclass in Caribbean Gastronomy

Beyond the tourism boards, Foodie Avenue remains the heartbeat of the festival. Chef Garfield Seivwright Jr. of crEATe & Co. will premiere his artisanal Scotch Bonnet sauce line, providing a masterclass in the “refined burn.” The lineup of culinary architects is extensive, featuring Chef Alain Lemaire, Chef Paul Griffith’s Bajan Infusions in VIP, and Chef Mimi Charles’ Caribbean-inspired pastries.

The festival also serves as a launchpad for emerging entrepreneurs. From Beeezy’s Pepper Sauce—a local success story—to the debut of The Mighty Sparrow Rum, FWF continues to amplify the creativity of the diaspora.

The High-Tech Finale

As the sun dips below the horizon at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, the celebration moves from the sand to the sky. LunaLite Drone Technologies will execute a custom, high-tech drone show, transforming the Miami skyline into a digital canvas that captures the electric spirit of the fete.

“Producing this event is truly ‘soul work,’” James reflected. “Our goal is simple: to transport you to the heart of the islands.”

While VIP tickets have already vanished, the final tier of General Admission tickets is available via Eventbrite. For those ready to fete with intention, visit www.foodwineandfete.com for more details.
