Candace Holyfield, famously known as The Six Figure Spa Chick, is set to host the 6th annual Black Spa Expo from September 13th to 15th, 2024, in Atlanta, Georgia. As the most anticipated event for people of color (POCs) in the spa and beauty industry, the Expo offers a powerful combination of education, empowerment, and networking for business owners aspiring to achieve six- and seven-figure incomes.

Candace created the Black Spa Expo to address the lack of representation for Black spa professionals in major industry events. With over a decade of experience advocating for and uplifting spa and beauty entrepreneurs, she has built a platform that provides the tools and knowledge needed for success in the industry.

This year’s Expo, already sold out with over 400 attendees, promises to be a landmark event. Held in Atlanta, it will feature the debut of the Black Spa Museum and the Black Spa Hall of Fame, honoring industry leaders like Britni Ricard, founder of Cota Skin, and Yandy Smith-Harris, co-founder of Y.E.L.L.E. Skincare.

Throughout the three-day event, attendees can explore exclusive exhibits, including one hosted by Yandy Smith-Harris and Y.E.L.L.E. Skincare, offering insights into the latest skincare innovations. The Expo will officially kick off on September 13th with a Sneaker Ball and an awards show, celebrating excellence in the spa and beauty industry. Certified life coach and motivational speaker Jeri Godhigh will host the awards show.

On September 14th, attendees can engage in workshops and panel discussions on essential topics such as business growth strategies, innovative spa technologies, and building a sustainable brand. The Expo will close on September 15th with a fashion show hosted by social media sensation Big Sexy, spotlighting Latavia’s Queen Kollection lip gloss line, highlighting the latest trends in beauty and fashion.
