Keaira LaShae has been a driving force in health and fitness for over a decade. She and her husband Kevin “KP” Price founded Just Move supplements, which offers a variety of plant-based products, including vitamins, pre-workout aids, and their famous protein powders. The couple got the idea to create the meal replacement because they were unhappy with the tasteless, gritty vegan protein powders on the market.
Their protein powders have received rave reviews from consumers because they mimic the taste of Black ass delicacies like banana pudding, sweet potato pie, and lemon pound cake.  Keaira credits her grandmother as the inspiration behind the popular meal replacements. Just Move website states:

“Keaira knew that her grandmother’s recipes had the power to bring joy and nostalgia to people’s lives, and she wanted to share that experience with others. Drawing inspiration from her grandmother’s baking, Keaira worked with a team of experts to recreate those classic flavors in the form of protein supplements. Each flavor was carefully crafted to capture the essence of her grandmother’s recipes, creating a sense of comfort and familiarity.”

When the family-owned business faced financial hardship, Keaira reached out to her community for support. The community showed up and showed out, allowing the company to keep its doors open.

Keaira’s YouTube channel features a series of Black girl-friendly workouts where her nearly 100,000 subscribers can enjoy fun and familiar exercise routines like “Twerkout” and the “Reggae-Dancehall Workout.”
